Plan tiers and how they map to your Shopify plan
RevoStock has four tiers — Trial, Starter, Growth, and Pro — and automatically selects the right one for your store based on your Shopify plan, so you never have to match them up yourself. Every tier gives you the full RevoStock feature set; the only differences are price and the maximum number of SKU variants RevoStock will track and analyze.
Plan tiers at a glance
| Tier | Price (USD) | Price (SGD) | SKU variant limit | Notes |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Trial | $0 / mo | S$0 / mo | 2,500 variants | 14-day free trial, no credit card required |
| Starter | $19 / mo | S$24 / mo | 2,500 variants | Typically maps to Shopify Basic |
| Growth | $39 / mo | S$49 / mo | 5,000 variants | Typically maps to Shopify (Grow / Growth) |
| Pro | $79 / mo | S$99 / mo | 10,000 variants | Typically maps to Shopify Advanced or Plus |
All charges are billed through Shopify — you will not be charged directly by RevoStock.
What every tier includes
The SKU variant limit (and price) is the only meaningful difference between tiers. Every plan — including the free Trial — gives you access to the same complete feature set:
- Inventory Overview Dashboard — real-time stock health, capital allocation, and key metrics at a glance.
- AI/ML Demand Forecasting — machine learning models that analyze your sales history and seasonality to predict future demand.
- Smart Reorder Suggestions and Buying Table — automated reorder point calculations with an interactive table you can review, adjust, and export.
- SKU-Level Trend Analysis — per-product velocity tracking that surfaces fast-movers, slow-movers, and changes over time.
- Low Stock Alerts — proactive email notifications before a stockout, triggered against calculated thresholds.
- Live chat support — in-app chat available on all paid tiers.
How RevoStock maps your Shopify plan to a tier
When you install RevoStock, the app reads your store's current Shopify plan and automatically assigns you the matching tier. You do not need to select a tier manually.
Mapping rules
| Your Shopify plan | RevoStock tier assigned |
|---|---|
| Shopify Plus, Partner Development store | Pro |
| Shopify Advanced, Retail, or Enterprise | Pro |
| Shopify (Grow / Growth), or plain "Shopify" | Growth |
| Shopify Basic, Starter, or Lite | Starter |
| Any other plan not listed above | Starter (default) |
What happens when your Shopify plan changes
RevoStock runs a daily reconciliation check to detect whether your Shopify plan has changed since your last sync.
- If RevoStock detects a mismatch between your current Shopify plan and your active RevoStock tier, you will receive an email notification and an in-app banner will prompt you to review and update your subscription.
- If the mismatch is not resolved within 30 days, RevoStock will automatically deactivate your subscription to keep billing aligned with your actual Shopify plan.
- To resolve the mismatch, navigate to Settings > Plans inside RevoStock and select the subscription that matches the recommended tier.
If your Shopify plan is downgraded (for example, from Advanced to Basic), your RevoStock tier may need to step down as well. Act on the in-app banner promptly to avoid automatic deactivation.
SKU variant limits per plan
Each RevoStock tier supports a maximum number of tracked SKU variants. A "variant" is a unique, purchasable version of a product — for example, a T-shirt in size Medium, color Blue is one variant.
| Tier | Max tracked variants |
|---|---|
| Trial | 2,500 |
| Starter | 2,500 |
| Growth | 5,000 |
| Pro | 10,000 |
What happens when you exceed the limit
If your Shopify catalog contains more variants than your plan allows, RevoStock does not stop working — it prioritizes which variants to track. The platform ranks all your variants by 90-day GMV (Gross Merchandise Value) and tracks the top N variants up to your plan limit.
You will see an in-app warning that reads:
"You're approaching your SKU limit. Only the top
{maxSkus}SKUs by GMV will be tracked and analyzed."
(where {maxSkus} is your plan's variant limit, e.g. 5,000 on Growth.)
This means forecasts, reorder suggestions, and low-stock alerts will only apply to those top-ranked variants. Variants outside the limit are excluded from analysis until you upgrade.
Tracking your variant usage
The Plans page displays a live usage indicator showing your current tracked variant count against your plan limit, for example "1,840 / 2,500 variants used", along with a progress bar. Monitor this regularly if your catalog is growing.
Raising your limit
To increase your variant limit, upgrade to the next tier. Navigate to Settings > Plans and select the higher tier. You will be taken through Shopify's billing approval flow to confirm the new charge.
Where to view and manage your plan
- Inside RevoStock: Settings > Plans (
/console/settings/plans) - Shopify-embedded view:
/shopify/plans
Subscribing or changing your tier always redirects you through Shopify's native billing approval screen. All charges appear on your Shopify invoice — RevoStock does not collect payment directly.
