Contacting RevoStock support
If you have worked through the relevant troubleshooting guide and the issue is still not resolved, the RevoStock support team is here to help. Reaching out with the right information upfront means faster resolution — this page explains the available channels and exactly what to include in your message.
Support channels
In-app live chat (fastest)
A chat icon is available inside the RevoStock app, typically in the bottom-right corner of the screen. This is the fastest way to get a response. The team can see your account context directly, which speeds up diagnosis.
Email
Send a message to [email protected]. Use the primary contact email associated with your Shopify store so the team can locate your account without any extra back-and-forth.
What to include in your message
Providing the right details upfront prevents one or more rounds of follow-up questions:
- Your Shopify store URL — the full
*.myshopify.comaddress, not your custom domain. - A short description of what you tried — list the steps you took and exactly what happened at each one. "I clicked Start Sync, the log showed a rate-limit message, I waited five minutes, and it never progressed past 12%" is far more useful than "sync is broken."
- When the issue started — an approximate date and time helps the team correlate your report with sync logs and server events on the backend.
- Screenshots — if you can capture the error state, browser console messages, or an unexpected screen, attach them. A picture removes ambiguity.
- Shopify charge ID (billing issues only) — found in Shopify Admin → Settings → Billing. Include this if your subscription is not activating.
Response times
- Live chat: responses are typically within a few minutes during business hours.
- Email: replies are typically within one business day.
