The Live SKU Config view

The Live SKU Config tab is a read-only table that shows every SKU's replenishment settings exactly as RevoStock will apply them — after the full precedence resolution across SKU, Vendor, Global, and Factory layers. It is the fastest way to answer the question "what settings is RevoStock actually using for this product right now?"

Unlike the Buying Table and Dashboard, the Live SKU Config view reads directly from the saved configuration and does not depend on a data sync. Any change you save on the Global Defaults, Vendor Overrides, or SKU Overrides tab appears here immediately.

Opening Live SKU Config

  1. In the left-hand navigation, click Replenishment Config.
  2. Select the Live SKU Config tab.

The table loads all tracked SKUs in your catalog.

Reading the table

Each row represents one product variant. The columns are:

ColumnWhat it shows
Product / VariantProduct title and variant name (e.g., color, size)
SKUThe SKU code as it appears in Shopify
VendorThe brand name associated with this product
Lead timeResolved lead time in days, with a Source pill
Days of supplyResolved days of supply, with a Source pill
Safety stockResolved safety stock in days, with a Source pill
MOQResolved minimum order quantity, with a Source pill
Trigger modeResolved trigger mode, with a Source pill
Max quantity capResolved ceiling on order quantity, with a Source pill
Static reorder pointResolved unit floor for ManualQty / Hybrid modes, with a Source pill

The Source pill

Next to every resolved value you will see a small Source pill — a label that tells you which configuration layer provided that value:

  • SKU — a SKU-level override is active for this field.
  • Vendor — a Vendor-level override is supplying this value.
  • Global — your Global Defaults are being used.
  • Factory — no override exists at any layer; RevoStock is using its built-in default.

The Source pill gives you immediate transparency. If a product is behaving unexpectedly in the Buying Table, the Source pills in this view tell you exactly where to look to change the relevant setting.

tip

A row with all "Factory" pills means no configuration has been applied to that SKU at any layer. To change its behavior, editing Global Defaults is all that is needed — the change will cascade to every Factory-sourced SKU at once.

Searching and filtering

You do not need to scroll through the entire catalog to find a SKU. Use the controls above the table:

  • Search box — type a product name, SKU code, or vendor name to filter rows in real time.
  • Vendor filter — select a brand from the dropdown to show only SKUs from that vendor. Useful when auditing a vendor override you just applied.
  • Pagination — use the page controls at the bottom of the table to navigate large catalogs.

Conflict warnings

If any SKU has an MOQ that is greater than its Maximum quantity cap, the row is highlighted with a warning indicator. This is the same conflict described in Static reorder point and max-quantity cap. Click through to the appropriate override tab to resolve the conflict.

This view is read-only

You cannot edit values directly in the Live SKU Config table. To change a field:

  1. Identify the Source pill for the field you want to change.
  2. Switch to the corresponding tab:
    • SKU source → SKU Overrides tab
    • Vendor source → Vendor Overrides tab
    • Global or Factory source → Global Defaults tab
  3. Make your edit and save.
  4. Return to Live SKU Config to confirm the new resolved value and Source pill.

Same data shown in the Buying Table

The Source pills and resolved values shown here are identical to those shown in the SKU detail drawer inside the Buying Table, under the section labeled "Configuration Governing This SKU." Both views draw from the same resolved configuration — so confirming values in Live SKU Config is equivalent to checking them in the drawer.
